• concurrent workshops ( sports leadership )

"how to synergize your team" by Mr. Leonard Yeo. basically this presentation is about finding wad problems ur team is facing.. and then trying to do sth about it. this leads to motivation of the team.. mr yeo is a loud speaker.. i think he is very aa ( attract attension ).. haha.. keep saying, " everyone look at me ", "all eyes on me"....... wah lao wanna write down stuff also cannot... cuz scared he scold or sth.. seems kinda fierce to me la.. but my opinion of him changed after tt ( talk about this later on ). his workshop is the best among all others.. though did feel slpy.. but din slp at all la.. since had to plaster my eyes on him all the time.. also, he's not bad looking la.. as yingying says, " he's hot." though think "hot"' is abit exaggerating.. hahaz.. ok.. tt's not the point.. point is... he gave as an outdoor activity to do.. 1stly we had to do this stupid spastic thing-string ourselves together via raffia string. den we had to travel round the sch to complete the following tasks:

1. count the no. of fans in the canteen
2. no. of lights in the hall
3. sing sch song in the middle of the field
4. draw a portrait of principal
5. write a core value on every members' arm
6. catch 3 live insects
7. dun break the 3 eggs

yup, so we had to travel around together.. with much difficulty... tugging one another along..haha.. i think we really looked spastic la! cuz i felt spastic.. and looking at the other grps, i tot they looked spastic running around lidat!!! hahahz

• lunch

me and xiao an skipped lunch for some slp. we decided to stay in class and slp since there was aircon.. michael and junjie stayed back too.. but to talk to mr. yeo.. for obvious reasons.. though they din tell me.. but it must be about mr. goh.. how he demotivates the WHOLE team..

anw we were about to enter dreamland.. when the voice of mr. ho's woke me up! he was like "girls girls... i will be locking the rm.. blahblahblah.." but anw we could still stay inside la..i wonder how long it was.. cuz when we were awoken by mr. ho, michael and jj had juz finished their conversation with mr.yeo... anw we continued to slp la.. den everyone left le.. mr. yeo was the last... b4 he left.. he was like talking to us.. sth about we very tired ah.. den say okok have a gd slp or sth... but the way he said he surprised me and an... it was like in a overly gentle voice?? compared to how he talked during the presentation? and the way he looked?!!? hahaz.. my hair stands juz thinking bout it... it was like the kinda tone more suitable for like showing concern for gf lidat... ahahz.. funny..

anw me and an slpt on the tables.. wah.. slpt until damn suay sia..!! =) den 10 mins into the next activity, we went out of class and roammed about..

• concurrent workshop ( effective communication )

i wasnt sure which workshop i was posted too... so i assumed it was another motivation and team building talk.. cuz i remembered i ticked tt.. so me and xiao an waited outside the wrong classroom... den junjie saw me.. den say he same workshop as me.. so he waited with us.. while in the class, i think junjie was on the phone with michael, cuz he came in later on..

when the name list was passed around.. our names weren't inside.. opps! wrong class! den we were thinking whether we shd tell the trainer.. so we did.. den we went into the effective communication class with a "mi le fo" trainer-Mr. nick ng... he's fat.. gigantic and bald.. hahaz..anw the workshop is called "Communicating with Power and Persuasion". haiz i hate these kinda workshops cuz they sure call u up to talk infront of the whole class.. anw i was damn suay la.. i kena called up for this stupid thing.. whereby he wrote "i love u" on a piece of ppr.. let me see.. and den told me to say it in a angry tone... and problem is i hardly scream and scold infront of ppl in real life??? faking it would be even more fake!!! i juz totally malu-ed myself!! hate u! arGH....(-_- ")

after that had tea break... stupid other grps.. they ate up all the delicious eclares?!! and left stupid hot curry puffs for us... haiz..

den went back to class again.. den we were suppose to do a short explaination on the diff strategies to influence in grps.. den within the grps we need to appoint a grp leader and speaker.. we chose the leader quickly...and for speaker we open numbered.. and k la.. now i noe my unlucky no. is 32 ! cuz i kena!!!!

• BackWoodSman Cooking

we split up into diff grps to prepare diff dishes.. Apache was doing fruits... the guys cut watermelon while the girls cut bananas and stuffed marshmellows into them and add chocolate syrup and den wrap it up in aluminium foil... i guess our job was the easiest cuz we finished 1st and i was slacking for the rest of the time... the jobs the other grps had to do included frying potato with cheese, preparing apple salad, wrapping buttered chicken, and lighting charcoal in the pit at the horticulture garden.

• Finding the forCE withiN yOU with Dr. William Tan

Dr. william tan is wheelchair bound. he contracted polio when he was young.. cuzing him to be paralyzed waist down.. however despite this.. he stayed strong and hung on... aimmed to excel in studies and marathons and he did... all i can say...he's an inspiration to everyone la.. as in.. i see him lidat.. and compare him with the things he does... it's like impossible is really nothing liaoz... if he can do so much great things.. wad more us...

• dinner

ate with xiao an, woonie, and wei ting... the food was erm... probably juz my psychology la.. not very clean.. acutally it's a fact la.. cuz the way we prepare the food.. all juz use bare hands... den all soggy liao.. den the chicken and babana which went into the pit to cook definitely had some soil gotten on...

went to bathe after that....

• debriefing/lights out

we actually planned to slp in the canteen again.. but when we went up to the class rms, my rm had the air con turned on!!! wah... it was so shuang to have the air con loh.. so we decided to lie on the tables in the class 1st... ying ying and shu yu were walking past our class.. den we waved at each other and i asked them to come in to enjoy the aircon... so they sat infront of us.. and we talked for a while.. ying ying and shu yu later went down to walk walk while me and an took a 5 min nap... we den moved to an's class to make our own "bed" there since we were previously traspassing someone else's territory.. many ppl were mass bridging around the sch compound.. and apparently the rest of an's grp were doing tt cuz there wasnt a single soul in her class!!! so we had the entire rm to ourselves.. ahahz.. damn shuang.. we used 9 tables + the teacher's table for our bed... and we talked till we slpt..

after writing so much.. it's now 2.31 am le!!! im so tired!!
